On Monday evening, all participants are kindly invited to attend the welcome reception, a light welcome cocktail will be offered to all registered participants. The Welcome reception will be the opportunity to meet new and catch up with old colleagues.
HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE
The shuttle service will be provided from BEXCO to Nurimaru after the session.
The bus will depart at 18:05, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. The last bus will depart at 18:40.

The Gala dinner will include a dinner and awards ceremony that will recognize outstanding individuals who have made contributions to the field of High-Speed Vehicle Science and Technology. Enjoy the atmosphere of a peaceful spring night and the traditional Korean music performance.
The participants with gala dinner tickets are allowed entry to the Gala Dinner. Please bring your ticket received during registration. For student/retiree registrations, Gala Dinner ticket is not included. An additional ticket ($ 120) can be purchased at the registration desk (2F).
HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE
Please use public transportation to travel from BEXCO to Busan Paradise Hotel for gala dinner.
Taxis or the subway are recommended for convenience.
