Please note that failure to submit the required documents by the specified date may result in automatic cancellation of your tour application.
HiSST 2024 LOC is pleased to offer the option for participants to select one of the two technical tour courses outlined below. Please be advised that each course has a maximum capacity of 50 participants, and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is important to note that the chosen destinations are facilities in South Korea associated with defense and space technology, requiring security clearance. Therefore,
prospective attendees are required to submit necessary documents in advance and undergo an approval process for the visit. Due to the stringent security and compliance regulations of each institution, there is a possibility that some applications may be declined. In the event of unexpected rejections or cancellations, vacancies in the technical tour will be filled based on the order of the waiting list.
