Guidelines for Oral Presentation
This guideline contains all the information you need to prepare for your presentation, so please read all the information carefully. Please note that presenters should complete their registration before March 15, 2024.
Presentation
The allocation time slot for your presentation is 30 minutes, including 10 minutes for Q&A.
All presenters are requested to strictly observe their assigned presentation time.
Presenters are asked to be in their session room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session. Please report to your chair or session room staff.
Presentation file Format
Power Point Template
Presentations should be created using Microsoft PowerPoint or Portable Document Format (PDF).
The recommended presentation ratio is 16:9 format.
If you need a presentation template, you can download and use it, but using the template is not mandatory.
Audio-Visual Equipment
The session room will be equipped with a master computer, which shall be used for all presentations.
We do not recommend using your own laptop computer for presentation to avoid technical problems and to save time that would otherwise be needed for changing connection.
Presentation Material Submission
Please bring your presentation file stored on USB stick and upload it in the preview rooms at least 3 hours before your presentation. Presenter will be able to upload or review/update their presentation(s) in the preview room.
If the presentations including the movies/animations, please copy all the relevant files into a folder of your own creation.

Poster sessions will be held in the Lobby (1F) of convention center.
Please stand in front of your poster before the session begins.
Poster Size
Poster Size should be A0 (1189mm x 841mm) or 1200mm x 900mm.
Poster panels are 2,350mm in height by 950mm in width.
The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top.
Set-up and Remove
Adhesive tape will be available to attach your poster to the panel.
Mounting and removal must be done during the assigned schedule only. If not, posters will be removed by the staff without notice and the organizing committee will not take responsibility for any damages or losses.

Poster Printing & Free Delivery Service (Deadline: April 7, 2024)
We are pleased to be able to facilitate an option for local poster printing and delivery through THE FOSTER. Submit your poster in PDF format via the page dedicated to HiSST 2024:

The FOSTER Service will print your poster which you can collect at the congress venue (prices start from $45). This way you do not need to bring your poster to the venue.
