Full Paper Submission Guidelines
We invite you to submit your full-length paper(s) for the 3rd HiSST conference no later than April 5, 2024, in Korea Standard Time Zone(GMT +7).
Please upload your full-length paper(s) on your ‘My page’ in PDF format. Author instructions for the preparation of full-length paper(s) can be downloaded from the following links:

Presenting authors are requested to upload a biography when submitting their full-length paper(s) on the ‘My page’. An online biography template can be downloaded from the following link:

Presenting authors will need to register and pay the registration fee for the conference by March 15, 2024.
CEAS provides
DOI numbers to those not yet submitted for the journal.
Requesting a DOI provides your article with unique traceability but would principally not allow the author(s) to submit the manuscript in the future to an archival journal. If the authors are aiming to submit their HiSST manuscript (updated or extended) to the CEAS Journals, we recommend that the authors do not request a DOI.
Abstract Submission Process
The 3rd International Conference on High-Speed Vehicle Science and Technology (HiSST 2024) cordially invites you to submit an abstract(s) for the HiSST 2024. Abstracts must be submitted before the announced deadlines via the online abstract submission system.
Once abstract is accepted, the full paper (10-12 pages) is required to submit.

Step 1. Sign-up/Login
Create your account at HiSST 2024 website for abstract submission
Step 2. Submit Abstract
Abstract must be written and presented in English.
The extended abstract to be uploaded for submission should follow the template below, covering 2 to 4 pages.
The abstract to be printed in the program book should be 100 -300 words.
Authors can review, modify or update their abstract(s) at MY PAGE on the website until the deadline, Sep. 30, 2023.

Step 3. Confirmation of Abstract Submission
An acknowledgement of abstract submission will be automatically sent to presenting authors via e-mail upon completion of online submission. This letter is NOT an acceptance notification but an acknowledgement of your abstract submission.
It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgement and carefully review the submitted abstract(s), noting that in some cases during the submission process, characters become unreadable.
Step 4. Notification of Abstract Acceptance
International Technical Committee will review all submitted abstracts.
Notification letter of abstract acceptance will be sent by email on November 15, 2023.
