The 3rd International Conference on High-Speed Vehicle Science and Technology (HiSST 2024) cordially invites you to submit a Work-in-Progress Poster (WiPP) for the HiSST 2024.

In HiSST 2024, we will host a WiPP session for the first time. Work-in-Progress Poster (WiPP) summarize speculative breakthroughs, open problems, new application challenges, visionary ideas, and preliminary studies or recent achievements that are not quite ready for a regular full-length paper.
This is an excellent opportunity to present and discuss ongoing research with experts from the HiSST community around the world. We strongly encourage presentations at this session from students and young researchers from both of academics and industries.
Important Dates
WiPP submission deadline March 31, 2024.
Notification of acceptance April 5, 2024.
WiPP Submission Process
WiPP do not require a full manuscript submission, and they are not included in the proceedings.
Step 1. Sign-up/Login
Create your account at HiSST 2024 website for abstract submission.
Step 2. Submit Abstract
Abstract must be written and presented in English.
The WiPP to be uploaded for submission should follow the template below, covering 1 page including figure.
The abstract to be printed in the program book should be 100 -300 words.
Authors can review, modify, or update their abstract(s) at MY PAGE on the website until the deadline, February 15, 2024.

Step 3. Confirmation of Abstract Submission
An acknowledgement of abstract submission will be automatically sent to presenting authors via e-mail upon completion of online submission. This letter is NOT an acceptance notification but an acknowledgement of your WiPP submission.
It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgement and carefully review the submitted abstract(s), noting that in some cases during the submission process, characters become unreadable.
Step 4. Notification of Abstract Acceptance
Notification letter of abstract acceptance will be sent by email on February 28, 2024.
